A week after their wedding in North China, Cherry and Bingo flied us to Guangzhou, where they celebrated again with their friends. If their first wedding was more about traditions and making their parents happy, then this wedding is a true celebration of who they are and what they enjoy. It is made for everyone to have fun.
The ceremony and reception were held in a French restaurant. Cherry’s personal touch made the day extra special and enjoyable. The L.O.V.E statue in the backyard, the green apples and the flashing neon light hanging on the trees, the lanterns all over the place, and oh, they created their own “orange memories”, too! The placard on every table is written “We are orange-d.” In Chinese, the pronunciation of “orange” is the same as “we did it!”
There’s more. These two sang the grand entrance songs by themselves while they walked into the venue. Just imagine how excited the guests turned! With a little extra help of the champaign, the party was beyond ignited.
We are glad that till this day, we still chat with Cherry and Bingo very often and joked that Cherry should start her own wedding planning business. Because she sure is a planner, detail-oriented, inspirational and very creative.
